Together, we’re building a self-reliant rural economy powered by sustainable agriculture and innovation.
Kopa Krishi Farmer Producer Company Ltd. (Kopa FPC), established in 2022 under the Indian Companies Act, 2013, at Kopa village, Murarai II block, Birbhum, with NABARD support, began with 500 farmers. Focused on sustainable and resilient agriculture, it promotes organic farming, climate-smart practices, and fair market access to improve farm incomes and rural livelihoods. Kopa FPC is steadily emerging as a model for self-reliant rural development in Birbhum.
At Kopa FPC, we combine traditional wisdom with modern tools to support farmers at every step — from sowing to selling. We are pledged to turn the 'grey' field to "green " for "golden" harvest. Every solution we offer is rooted in our mission: empowering communities, sustaining the land, and building a better rural future.
We directly procure rice and other crops from farmers, ensuring transparent pricing and eliminating middlemen. This helps farmers earn more and sell with confidence.
Through partnerships with IFFCO and Benfed, we supply fertilizers and seeds at affordable prices.
Farmers save money and access quality inputs on time.
We promote climate-smart methods like AWD (Alternate Wetting and Drying) for rice cultivation. These techniques conserve water and improve long-term soil health.
From the Agri360 app to Krishi Viman drones, we bring tech directly to the field. Farmers benefit from disease alerts, insurance, and precise spraying tools.
We regularly conduct hands-on training on modern agriculture, processing, and marketing. This empowers farmers to adopt best practices and grow sustainably.
Beyond farming, we support marginalized groups including smallholders and women farmers. Our work uplifts entire communities through access, opportunity, and dignity.
Practical solutions. Trusted partners. Real progress in rural India.

A few words from the one who leads our mission with heart and purpose
Kopa FPC was born out of a simple belief — that farmers deserve more than survival; they deserve growth, dignity, and ownership. Every project we take on is a step toward that future.
True change happens when farmers are not just included — but empowered. At Kopa FPC, we’re blending traditional wisdom with modern tools to create lasting rural transformation.
Women farmers produce half of the World's Food. Kopa FPC acts locally and thinks globally to feed the hungry stomachs of the population.
At Kopa FPC, we strive to ensure every farmer — especially the smallest and often unheard — feels empowered. As a woman in agriculture, I’ve seen the quiet strength of our rural communities. Our mission is to turn that strength into sustainable opportunity.
